yea i dunno what to say here other than i'm sorry twoplustwo mistakenly sued the wrong person... i know that the name, address, and phone number registered in the whois database for twoplustwo.me were not of the person they sued... i know that they served anthony scocozzo with this lawsuit because his name was similar to the one in the whois database for twoplustwo.me... i know that anthony ignored the papers he was served and ended up with a judgement... i know this fucking sucks for anthony and i'm going to do everything i can to get this removed from his name and hopefully counter sue for suing the wrong person...

Don't forget in all this 2+2 is the real villain for being totally anal about a couple of low-rent websites with a similar sounding name - and then suing the wrong guy in the process.
All the crap from Mason about "we tried every possible avenue to resolve this without legal action " etc. etc. is clearly bullshit as the first this Scocozza guy knows is some random letter through the post which the guy probably things is a scam and ignores. Also Dutch Boyd said he would hand the websites over which still wasn't good enough for Mason.

- Unknown to Anthony, Yebsite used his name (Anthony Scocozzo) when registering the site twoplustwo.me.
- Mason Malmuth decides to shut down twoplustwo.me and bring charges to anyone behind the website.
- Anthony Scocozzo is now being sued by Mason for over 200k.
- Anthony Scocozzo creates a ama on reddit to try to help clear his name.
- In no way is this any of yebsite's fault.
