If any of this is true, fuck getting a lawyer, just go to the police with the evidence and ask to file aggravated harassment charge in the 2nd degree. Easily because of this he could get the lawsuit reversed AND get yeb into some serious trouble. UNMORE - A Dunmore man is facing charges of simple assault and reckless endangerment after police said he tackled a woman and their daughter Saturday.

Police in Dunmore said Nicholas Albino, 26, 947 Jessup St., had been at a birthday party with *name of baby momma redacted*, age and address unknown, and their young daughter. When Ms. yEBSITE's Baby Momma refused to go with Mr. Albino about 7:30 p.m., he told police he cut her and their daughter off with his vehicle and "had to get physical," police said.

Ms. *Yebsite baby momma* was taken to Geisinger Community Medical Center after complaining of face and head pain. There was no information on Mr. Albino's bail or preliminary hearing date Saturday.
