You dont think he knows this already? Do you think telling him to stop drinking calories is some revelation or something. Your insulting druffs intelligence by telling him this.

Druff - GL with losing the weight. My question is do you weigh about the same now as you did in this video from 2008?

In all seriousness the only time I have ever stuck to my goals and lost weight was when money was on the line. I bet 200 bucks that I would lose 20 lbs in 2 months and this was when I was working as a bouncer @ a dive bar so it was truly hard for me to stick to it considering I was given free beer, and since I was working from 9-4am all of the food options around me were not good.

I was able to lose 27 lbs by going to the gym 2x a day, 5-6x a week

I followed the same model by signing up for Toughmudder in June. For those who don't know what this is just watch this short clip

I paid 140 bucks to do this and my goal is to go from 240ish to 200 by June 1st. I have everything I need and hopefully enough drive to get to where I need to be by then.

Sadly, no. I'm actually 30 pounds more than I was in that video...

    BUT

It was a shirt that had gotten small on me and made me look fatter than I actually was. I had also probably just eaten on break and my stomach looked bigger, too.

To show I'm not just making excuses, here is a pic of me ALSO from June '08:

I'm not saying I didn't have a stomach at 200 pounds (which is why I'd prefer to be 185), but I think 200 is a more realistic goal.

Yeah, 200lbs is a better target then you can see if you want to drop the other 15lbs if you get there.

Due to Human Traditions, we came across this 3 Meal a day thing, where we overeat at each meal. I was at Denny's the other day and had like a 500 calorie breakfast: Two Eggs, two strips of turkey Bacon and ONE piece of toast. Not good, but not bad. But I was not hungry when I left.

Over next to me, I saw this huge fat woman and her chubby daughter devouring pancakes drenched in syrup with sausage and bacon, with a pile of hash browns. There was probably 3,500 calories on that table. I left, and given the Mom's obesity, I am sure lunch was a cheeseburger and dinner was some type of fried meat with lots of bread.

People wonder why they are so fucking fat.

COUNT CALORIES. 1,750 a day. As a side note, evening are the worst. Get a bag of carrots and celery and 30 calorie dressing. That works most nights and is my snack of choice. When you slip, make sure its a Healthy Choice desert. They are not bad.
LOL at a chronic alcoholic giving dietary advice.

What were the meals like in the Cayman Islands?

It's really that simple. No fad diets, or anything in that regard. Just watch your calorie count (intake), attempt to eat healthy, and be active (remember any extra calorie burn will help with your cal deficit). If this doesn't work for you, than you should be seeking medical attention as your weight gain or lack there of could be for another reason.
I say this with all sincerity... I am really glad with how things turned out for you, and knowing that I had a part in helping you make these changes is very gratifying. Thank you for that. Keep up the good work my friend.

No sir thank you! If i ever end up going back to vegas (prob next year for my first WSOP) I'll buy you a steak dinner... Or maybe I will be laid off and if that's the case i'll send you $50 worth of welfare steak. With Vwls thread, those $7 steaks are in high demand. Again thank you brah!!

BTW after listening to the radio and Todd's "plan" It's sad to say I think he is going to fail miserably, or "lose" the weight than gain it back plus another 5lb-10lb. Good luck sir, but unless you change your life, nothing will work long term
