I think you have said that you're 6'2'', so yes, just overweight.
BMI is a dumb indicator though, in my opinion.
I've lost considerable muscle mass since COVID from cancelling my gym membership, and while I still run 6x per week, much less total mileage due to baby.
Pair that with eating worse as a result of cooking proper meals much less due to baby, and I figured I had gained 10ish pounds, maybe even more.
Weighed in at physical and had actually LOST 9 pounds from the loss of the muscle mass; I was never 'big' but was toned from doing simple shit at the gym.
Am I healthier? Definitely not. But BMI now codes me as a normal instead of overweight, when I clocked in at 25.1/25.2.
