This has happened to me ever since Druff added that chat. It never worked for me so I just figured it was something on my end. I've also tried it on Chrome and it still doesn't work.Originally Posted by Vwls

I had the exact same problem with chrome for a long time, I deleted some chrome extensions I dont remember what they were though, just useless stuff, it started working fine for me after that
Hmmm... It's possible that there was a Firefox update recently - that may be the issue. Druff, can you check on that for us? Is the latest version of Firefox incompatible with the chat bar?
I'm using FF 18.0 and chat works fine.
I just updated firefox, no problems here. Sometimes it could be a plug-in that you are using, try disabling them all and see what happens. Update java, javascript.
