He can't fight you, it would literally be against the law and open him up to a massive lawsuit. If some feeble old man who is clearly mentally unstable challenges me to a fight, it doesn't give me license to beat him up. Any court would hold me liable unless he attacked me, and even then the response would have to be tempered with constraint.

If you really want to fight Todd, escrow a $100k wager and get a judge to sign off on it, and maybe his inner Jew would overcome his compassion. Otherwise it's simply silly talk.
