It's interesting that YouTube even took action. It looks very awkward, because their standard procedure is to ban accounts that get caught doing this. They obviously can't ban record labels because they produce the most revenue on YouTube by far.

I very much doubt it. AFAIK, the main method of manipulating view counts was faking referrers and creating "mobile views", which don't serve ads. Even if their method was creating ad impressions, advertisers only pay for clickthroughs. So the record labels would have to be committing click fraud. So that's about half of your 8 million inflated views on YouTube. Also, let's not forget the QuadJacks debacle, where some of your videos were taken down by Marco and Zekday0.

Are you trying to correct me, or just insult me? I don't see how the QuadJacks incident is relevant at all, unless you're saying that the views for those videos have been unaccounted for. That is true, as those videos did get about 800,000 views in total.
The 3.4 million figure isn't quite accurate (it's smaller), but even if it were, that is still less than half. Just as I said earlier. So I'm not sure what point you're trying to make.
EDIT: Just watched that video (lol 3.4 million cocks), and he's referring to the total view count at the time, which isn't 100% fake. The video ultimately got 4.3 million views, a large chunk of which were legit.

Looks like it was assumed that the views were faked because of the sudden drop in views, and the fact that YouTube routinely "despams" view counts. In this case, it seems that YouTube changed the counts for these channels because a ton of videos had been gradually migrated from the record label channels over to Vevo channels.

At the time I found this, I tried watching this girl's other videos, and they were awful. They were basically all the same obnoxious young Texas girl attempting to teach you about sex, despite having a really annoying voice and condescending attitude. You could also tell she had no clue what she was talking about.

This tells you all that you need to know:
The only logical reason to disable statistics is to hide the fact that you got a disproportionate number of mobile or Facebook views. The number of likes/dislikes is also very low compared to the views, especially for her other obviously botted video with 82 million.Public statistics have been disabled.
She now has over 100,000 subscribers, which isn't much compared to the YouTube bigshots, but is certainly enough to make a decent income if she were to consistently post videos. I've heard that a lot of the juggernauts of YouTube used methods like this as a springboard. NOMS is the only video I ever botted, because I was afraid of getting my account shitcanned, but maybe I was wrong about that. YouTube thus far hasn't been super vigilant about punishing people for doing this. I'm still not going to take my chances, but if I could change one thing, I would have picked a much better video. When done correctly it can really pay off.
