Let's do it English football league style. Banned posters are in the bottom tier division. Each cycle, the top 2 (or least bad) of those posters move up the ladder. Then the bottom 2 active posters get moved down to the banned division.
This restores balance to the force.

I banned Anal_Hershiser, Corrigan and RichardBrodiesCombover by using the handy 'Ignore' button. For me it's like they're permanently banned from PFA.
With the 'Ignore' feature they don't exist when I visit PFA but they can still enjoy PFA if they wish.
It's a democratic ban hammer and it works great for me.

The latest Druff/Jewdonk saga got too messy. I like Jewdonk but all of the family harassment was a bit over the line.
Druff will never let MWH back and as far as I know JSearles still owes Vegas $500. Plus nobody misses him; he hasn't even been mentioned since he was banned.
I would propose a bartering or Barrabas system. For instance, free Jsearles and we'll give you Limitles (and before I get called a faggot, I'm just using you as an example Les). Sort of a cap and trade sort of deal. If you want somebody unbanned, you must ban somebody else (and visa versa).

As far as I'm concerned he should not be allowed back unless he mans the fuck up and pays the $500 he owes me. Simple as that.
