There are a lot of local laws in states you may not agree with. You can talk about what you think all day long. The local community, or state, says having sex with students in high school is illegal. She probably knew the law, and violated it anyway.

Basically the people of Texas don't want their high school students having orgies with their teachers and made it illegal. Does not seem unreasonable, and not sure why you are so passionate about this. She was basically recruiting anyone with a hard on over to her house. You have probably some brethren in the ACLU agreeing with you on this one.
