I am taking call ins yes, expecting a very special call in from a well known and highly respected poster in fact. All are welcome, but please be a little patient/forgiving as this is the first time I have done radio with China and there will inevitably be some kinks to work out.
Rollo or whomever feel free to call in for whatever reason, speak your mind etc. I do ask you keep the calls on point to some degree, otherwise we will move on to take other callers or just hit some talking points.
I have a spotty past on the forums but the time spent on them is mostly all for fun, however fitness/diet/etc I have taken seriously all my life and have always approached the subject from a mad scientist perspective- What do you want to achieve, how soon and what are you willing to pay in terms of consequences to make your dream a reality? Sky's the limit, that's for darn sure.
My goal is to enhance China's already awesome show and forum and to help each person achieve whatever it is they want as efficiently and safely as possible.
