If a warrant was issued we won't know until there is an arrest. And even if there was an arrest it would have to be found.
One thing that could have hindered an investigation is the fact that the foundation never released a statement saying they were shorted. At least I don't believe they did. They may have but I havn't talked to JoeU or Brandon about this in a while.
This whole thing stinks to high heaven, on a bunch of different levels.

Hard to say but there silence has raised some suspicion of what they are up to, also the lol 100+ page document not sure if I believe it ever existed, Brandon could have posted a pic of the document while being faxed for lols, seems like a few of Jasep's buddies have dropped off the map too?
Brandon not explaining himself and avoiding radio makes him more suspect of what he has or hasent done.

Why would the foundation bother at this point? Didn't Mason donate the money? What would the foundation stand to gain at this point? Vengeance? And it is not like they have some sort of personal/emotional connection like Brandon, where they thought they knew and trusted someone and were betrayed. They just received a donation from some group they never heard of before that was smaller than it should have been.
The end. Case closed. Time to move on.
22Q just sat on their ass and then 2k or whatever rolls in. They are like oh sweet, we didnt expect that! Then months later some guy calls them and is like omg guess what, u were supposed to get 6k not 2k, turned our guy was a scammer! Then the charity is prob like hey its your problem, u were the one who picked him to deliver us ur money, go handle it yourself or call the police or whatever. Now if this charity was reputable they prob would have helped as much as possible anyway, esp after another person in poker (mason) sent them 2500 or whatever to cover some of the scam. But who knows, they prob just didnt give a shit and said "TY for the 4500 guys, now leave us alone, we arent getting involved in ur drama", or maybe they are shady also and dont want that uncovered during all the digging.
I always hate donating to small charities bc there is a high scam rate on these. Very hard to tell the diff between a few dedicated people fighting for a great cause and some pos scammer trying to tug at your heart strings and pocket ur $. I donate occasionally to charity, not a whole lot cuz I am far from rich, but always to something that is big and been around awhile. Maybe they fuck some of it off on admin costs but at least I know its not being pocketed by some dirty puerto rican with a gambling addiction.
Because people put a lot of time and effort into the fundraiser to promote and raise money for their cause. When those people who were willing to do so much for you want a little help in return it should be given. Making a statement would have taken a very small fraction of the effort the guys put into the fundraiser.
Any updates... I would really love to know if this bastard pops up on anyone's radar...

I don't think this has been posted here. This guy had a forum to and I know most of you are smart enough not to use the same passwords for emails betting accts etc as u do on forum sites. But u can bet your last dollar this guy will break into your shit if he can and has probably tried. This guy should be torechered to a inch of his life for what he did to those kids.
I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. I've fielded a lot of questions from Jasep about Wordpress and related technical things, and he's not very savvy with that stuff. With a standard phpBB installation, he'd have to go into the SQL database (which he certainly has no idea how to do) and decrypt all the passwords (which is extremely difficult, if not borderline impossible).
It would be easy to jack everyone's passwords if he did some sort of custom installation and saved them all as plain text, but again, that's beyond his abilities. And he probably was too cheap/broke to pay any smart people to do that.
Also, he didn't pay his hosting bills, so those databases are long gone anyway.
