merge suspended my accounts

Hello i am new here I was refered to this site by a couple other sites. A couple months agomerge suspended all my accounts i had5 or6 all on different skins.They wont tell me why except for security reasons.I had a little bit of money i won on a few accounts and some tourny coupons not a whole lot but i would like to know why im suspended . It happened when feltstars closed i dont know if that had any effect i was on feltstars the night before and won a coupon for one dollar ten cents.I was told merge had a representative here who might be able to help me out.If so I would greatly appreciate it I enjoyed playing there.They have alot to offer and i hadsome good friends there . If i was doing something wrong it wont happen again if i know what i did.whatever the situation is i will correct it if i can.if anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it thank you.hers what they sent me

Merge closed my acct, and refused to tell me why.
I never made a deposit, i won $30 in the freeroll on Drexels farewell show.
The only transfers i ever made were to Druff for the freerolls here.
Actually i did a transfer with 1 other person from 2+2.

Send emails everyday asking about the poker maxims and make new tournament suggestions etc. How long until someone will say "Why do you care if you can't play"

As far as the original poster in this thread goes, can you tell me which skin you were playing on? I have some contacts at Merge and might be able to get you some answers, depending upon which skin it is.

I doubt this was a malicious account shutdown because you were winning at low limits. I think they just were over-aggressive with closing your account for stupid reasons, and I am indeed curious as to why.

By the way, did you ever get the money in your account?

I can also tell you that "Merge security" and "Merge support" are absolutely horrendous, so I wouldn't bother dealing with them.

Try dealing with the owners of your particular skin, as they tend to be a lot more reasonable and intelligent.

i played on 5 skins carbon,sportsbook,players only,iron duke,and feltstars the last one i played on was feltstarsand i won a coupon for a tourny for $1.10the night before feltstars shut down.then all my accounts got suspended.and no i have not recieved any money from any accounts .it was not a whole lot a few bucks here and there and some tourny coupons .thanks

and i had a positive balance not much like a buck or so and a couple coupons
