I played there some when I lived outside DC, but that was awhile back right after they added casino and poker, outside of just the slots at the track they'd had for years. From what I hear, its a decent place to play however, depending on where you're going to be living there maybe other options in MD as well (the track NE of DC which has some Casino gaming is rumored to be adding Poker very soon). Like any place,there are good and bad situations. The usual complaints of people trying to angle shoot (especially if the regulars dont know you at all). Havent heard too many horrible floor decisions, but if there have been obviously check 2+2 as the B&M and M&B forums have threads on pretty much any place in the US to play live.

Since they just passed table games in MD all the slots parlors will have poker by spring. They are just staffing up and training dealers right now.

Maryland Live is 10 minutes outside of DC in between there and Baltimore, they are one of the places that will have poker if that is closer to where you are moving to OP.

I'll be outside of DC in Maryland. I've played a few times in CT and the games are pretty wide open. I noticed that last time I was there they had a bunch of 5/10NL and list for 25/50 and 50/100 limit Omaha.

Anyone still play there?

I have heard very good things. its actually a far drive from where im located. i just play at the mardi gras casino. FYI i heard they have pretty large games and bigger limits than where i play at.

They're on the Bravo Live system, so you can always check BravoPokerLive.com to see what games are running. It's a pretty big room, and from what I've heard they just re-did their poker room. Never been tho
