Terrible and overrated are very different. Keanu Reeves isn't particularly overrated, but he's the worst Hollywood actor I've ever seen. Lindsey Lohan is also genuinely terrible, though she hardly counts.

ashton kutcher isn't really overrated though, he plays the dumb guy well and that's it.
