How would my neighbors have it/access to it yet I wouldn't??

LOL. Are you aware that any regular user of the internet gives up his/her address just by doing regular online activities? There are no secrets.

Sure, one might only get close to another's actual home via IP but it's very simple from there.

Wow, that is an interesting dilemma.

One possibility is to discover if your potential neighbors' have wifi/connection. If so, how did they get it?

Plus if one close neighbor has it, you can offer to split the cost for his PW. It's so EZ to 'borrow' your neighbor's connection (that's why mine is so secure) but if he has it....just ask him how he got it.

You're only 1200-1500 feet from a business, Long Green Animal? They have wifi therefore you can have wifi.

You're only 1200-1500 feet from a business, Long Green Animal? They have wifi therefore you can have wifi.

According to Whitefence Xfinity maybe available to you there but comcast can neither confirm or deny.
