500k -1. Really can jump on anything if it makes sense. I am of the camp that inflation is coming so locking down rates and prices in usd is a good idea right now.

People laughed at me when I went heavy Gold and Silver. But now shortening positions . Bought 700 acres in Oregon with a huge river running through it which is perfect pot growing property for when it becomes legal. Worse case it is a cool retreat if things get nasty.

I am somewhat of a prepper and if shit went down I could live on that property for 5 years without issue. Got ammo, 50 cases of Johnny Walker Black label, food etc.

If no one knew i was there i could literally die and I think it would take 10 -20 years for someone to find me. you cant really get more secluded than that property.

Looks like a cool property, but I have a question.

Is this just unimproved land? Is it close to any power and water lines?

If not, what is your plan to make it viable to live there? A lack of utilities tends to be the biggest obstacle to living out in the middle of nowhere.

I knew someone who wanted to buy a large plot of land out in the middle of nowhere in Idaho, but when they realized how expensive it was to bring electricity and water there, they backed out of it.

If i was ever to move permantly to the usa i Oregon would be my first choice, more spacific portland!

my wifes fam ownes 65 sections (close to seventy sq miles) of land in southern saskatchewan that is leased out to a custom farming company, there tractors are so huge they take up %100 of a two lane road. i would bet some one is growing weed some were there.




Cmoney i have a two good frends who are in the realistate market in lasvegas and one usualy will purchase smaller houses fix them up and rent or sale he indicated he is sitting on 6 houses right now. the other is more into time share condo's i have seen the one in the ph tower he says they (time shares) are the best deal right now he uses redweek.com to trade and buy these properties, and says mariot properties are by far the best and easiest to trade.
