Shitty endings, however arrived, post them here.
I hated this one.

Actually, Hbo has a habit of killing shows. Here is another show I watched two seasons of, and was left hanging at the end.
The Chappelle Show and The Flight of the Conchords are two shows that ended too soon. Each show ended for different reasons and both of them only lasted two seasons.
And East Bound & Down only lasting three seasons blows.
Most of you probably didn't see this, but "Life on Mars" (the American version) was a really good show, but ABC fucked up the scheduling royally and it only lasted 1 season.
They attempted to wrap it up with a stupid 5-minute script change at the end of what became the final episode, but it was super unsatisfying and pretty much ignored most of the mystery that had been building up throughout the entire series. It was very disappointing because the writing on the show was really good, and it was like the network said, "Come up with a new ending, and you've got 2 hours to write it", and they threw out the first idea in their head.
Another canceled show that really needed an ending was The Event. That show didn't even have any kind of ending. It just vanished because the ratings sucked.
I am guessing there will be some more sequels down the road, but IMO they are taking WAY too long to come out with another Star Trek movie. What are they waiting for???
This

In general, with so many hourlong dramas these days being an ongoing story, I actually find myself checking the ratings after the first few episodes to see if I should bother continuing watching.
It's so frustrating to get invested in a storyline that abruptly ends after 1 season (or sometimes less).
It's not like the old days, where most TV shows were self-contained and had little continuity between episodes.
Another Hbo fuck-me......I loved this show, and it died early.
Holy shit, I forgot about this Hbo show. I loved the character "Pullo". It died before my interest did...
New wave hookers.
I think it was because Tracy Lords was underaged. So unsatisfying.
twin peaks for the win - slim t
The Sopranos was not a cliffhanger at all, it was clear what the ending was and everything was spelled out to anyone paying attention for the entire series. This will help you get it.

The actual worst ending for a show ever goes to Roseanne
St. Elsewhere ending sucked balls as well
Although the show had pretty much jumped the shark before the final season (final two seasons maybe?) Heroes was a program that I would have liked to see finish better.
So many unfinished plot lines.......
