Down there 250k is a shitload of money in Mexico. Things are much cheaper as a whole. It's why the uninsured and the snowbirds here in AZ go there for meds and glasses and dental work. (Plus to get stuff your MD might not wanna prescribe.)

I know at least at the Andrade port you can bring even Narcs back across the border IF you have a physical script from a California MD in hand. (Ran into that issue when I had a script from MD here in AZ for my Lyrica and couldn't bring it because my MD was only licensed in AZ not CA also)
