Why isn't it possible, given the other players' stack sizes and his possible maniacal play style?
NOTHING strikes me as being fishy about this. I see people with 10 buy Ins + every day at tables.
I remember playing with this guy H@llingol years ago on PokerStars and he would always have 10-20 buy ins at tables...and this was 10-20 and 25-50 NL!

Also, dont sit at these tables with 25BB. Study a bit poker, buy-in full and take the money!

2 Words.. Shanky Bot . Shanky is still supporting Titan with their bots and most of the bot programs are for micro stakes up to 10c/25c usually. The default programming is for 1c/2c and 2c/4ct or 5 ct depending on the site.
