PC screen trick

This is a good trick to play on co-workers/family/etc, works on most PCs with most graphics cards.

Pressing Ctrl-Alt-Down Arrow turns the screen upside down. Ctrl-Alt-Up Arrow gets it back to normal. Left and Right also work.

True story: Benjamin played this trick on me, and I had to google with the screen upside down (very tough) to find out how to fix it.

Another is Shift-Alt-Prt Screen. Not quite as destructive but still pretty annoying. Press it again to fix.

you have to enable hotkeys. what os are you running? you should be able to right click on the desktop and get to your video card control options, look for enable hot keys and check that they are enabled and that you have them set. I had to set mine to get these tricks to work but it was pretty easy to figure out.

i did not know this. my exent was askew and a few other google trix.

vbulletin had a few weird bug going on a few years ago. back in the days of venom i was able to duplicate a screenname but it would only last for one session. anybody could do it. you didn't need admin permissions or add a period to the screen name either. i forgot how to do this as bucky dent has been dead for some time. but w/ the yanks resurgence to glory he might have to come back

Unreal, a few months back I accidentally turned my laptop screen sideways after trying to catch it when it fell off the chair. Mashing a bunch of keys in the process.

Had no idea how to fix so had to seek help. Though they didn't fix it by simply performing your little trick. Even though that's how I obviously must've fucked it.
