Anyways, for the price you want to pay, you can make something on your own little grill that is a hundred times better for under $25. Pictured here are a couple of Choice New Yorks about to hit the grill - on sale at Safeway for under $8 each. (Lol at flank steak.)
What you left out is you have to wheel out your Lowes gas grill on your gravel backyard.

This thread was never about buying Safeway beef and cooking it on a cheap grill on a gravel yard in ballin Arizona. It was about going to mid level restuarants and discussing their merits. If I wanted to make a Safeway Beef thread, I would have done so.
I hear ya but the fact remains that Outback makes a shitty ass steak. And Applebee's is equally if not more terrible. I think that's all I'm trying to say here. Try some local joints and discover decent food.

Also I guarantee a steak off the old Vwls grill will rival any $60 steak you can get at a restaurant... But you will have to walk on gravel at some point during the evening so... It is a trade off.

Back on topic - Arrowhead Grill makes a fantastic steak if you are headed out to Phoenix. Prices are average for a good steak house (in AZ) and it's better than Ruth's Chris. The Ribeye and the New York are both under $40... you have to pay separately for everything you get with it though, so it will run you over $60 for the meal... but well worth it. Their rack of lamb is also the best in town.
