He makes some good points.

However, while Negreanu is obviously being hypocritical when it comes to Lindgren, poker is still better off with a guy like Daniel speaking out against other injustices in poker.

Just because Negreanu is giving Lindgren an undeserved pass doesn't mean that he's wrong about UB, Annie Duke, Howard Lederer, Chris Ferguson, et all.

And it's good to have Negreanu bringing these issues to light, so the average poker fan/player (i.e. people who don't normally read forums) get a glimpse of what is really going on.

Trust me if you received a $2 million clerical error in your bank and spent it...it's illegal. It's happened and the person on the receiving/spending end goes to prison.

It happened to me for 50k about 5 years ago, it was one of the weirdest weekends of my life....

I probably made some very bad short term decisions but it ultimately all worked out great in the end as I made 15k on it after 3 days...
