The deadbeat scammer lines are so tired. I had a fraternity brother 30 years ago give me this line.

I have a lawyer friend whose dad was a prominent defense attorney and degen who got prosecuted for betting with an illegal booking. They made an exception to the rule because he was a lawyer and they threatened him with disbarment. I was shocked the popo went after the bettor but my friend lived it.
