His new podcast is basically him and Amanda talking about how she is bipolar.
Apparently she would self medicate with coke and lots of random sex when she lived in LA.
Sounds pretty terrible, the mental illness and the podcast both.

Birds of a feather, two attention whores thinking anyone gives a shit.
Glad she found a mark.

I actually enjoyed the first episode.
It actually took a lot of guts for her to get on there and reveal all of those personal details. I have known about her bipolar disorder for a long time, because a "friend" of Daniel's shot his mouth off to me 5 years ago. I remember being shocked that this person would tell me Daniel's personal business like this, as we were just having a casual conversation, and I didn't even ask about Daniel. I was nice and kept my mouth shut. But most of the stuff I was told, she revealed in episode #1 anyway.
The podcast has gotten a very good reaction from the poker community. People like how they are being real and vulnerable. Daniel is a poker celebrity, and people have always been curious about his life, and by extension, his marriage. Now they're putting out lots of intimate details of their past and present, for anyone who wants to listen.
It has a shitload of views, and almost all of the YouTube comments are positive.

There are people that suffer mental illness. But bi-polar disorder is, in my opinion is a disease invented the last 50 years. Generally speaking it derives from life failure, usually career failures, drugs and alcohol, and relationship failures. I personally believe its a manufactured issue. It's not to say mental issues such as depression are not real, they certainly exist. But bi-polar disorder is just trend. I have a cousin who classifies herself as bi-polar. She got involved in drugs, sex and partying at age 14 and has never had a steady job, three kids with three different dudes. Always a life loser, right up until her parents died and willed her about $3M. Now she travels all the time in her mid 40s and is amazingly doing so much better, posting pictures from Hawaii. I am like you are full of shit, you just no longer have money issues and don't have to work. When she burns through the $3M her bi-polar will suddenly resurface.
I really don’t envy his life. She feels really in control of that relationship and it felt like he still has to walk on eggshells around her and she was correcting him even when describing his own perception of things. As I watched I thought I’ll be shocked if they last. I’ll be shocked if she lasts with anyone long term once her looks fade and having to navigate her moods and attitude gets old.
