This is Robert Cahaly, very quirky dude, but a very solid pollster. He famously developed the poll question in 2016 "Who is your neighbor voting for" to get out the hidden Trump voter. He called the election in 2016 for Trump early on and propelled him as the #1 private pollster in the country. Now he was fairly average in 2020, not terrible but not great either. This is a good watch, just because he closes his eyes every time he speaks.

NYT says they've seen a non-response bias of ~16% from Republicans meaning, say Kamala was leading 52.5% to 47.5% in the polling, the non-response bias means that the actual number would end up being 51.1% for Trump and 48.9% for Kamala. Erasing a 5 point lead. Also, that is even if only 70% of the non-responders vote for Trump.
