This morning I woke up at 2:30 AM to go to JFK for a flight, what a shit hole of an airport, when i got there 345 or 4 AM, there was like an hour wait for security and I had like "premium line" or whatever as I had the most expensive seat on the flight (obviously)

what a shit show, every time i have flown this summer airport security has been a disaster, except PBIA the best airport in America, when I flew out of PBIA earlier this week security took roughly 2 minutes

Anyways while waiting in line i listened to an old PFA Radio Show, the one where Marty calls in to tell the story of his DUI in Oregon and his court case and moving to Mexico, was interesting, dont think I had ever heard that one before.

Anytime I travel I enjoy listening to old PFA Radio Shows, earlier this year I listened to one on a flight home from Vegas where the Notorious Sonantine called in and talked about his life and some interesting places he lived, it was interesting to hear him act normally as when you read his writing on this forum its hard to tell if english is even the guys first language

If you recall a little over a year ago I stated my goal to become online famous on PFA, i Have been working on that in my spare time and its going great, when I was in NYC this week so many people wanted to meet me, it was overwhelming other than that fact i was happy to do it as they are all very rich and powerful online marketers who it benefits me greatly to meet

My initial review is Indonesian employees are noticeably more advanced than those from the Philippines

I hired one girl to start from an advertiser I have worked with and she suggest two others who I also hired after it went well with her.

They want to make more money than Filipinos though, an Indonesian wants to make $1k - $1.5k monthly, a Filipino is generally satisfied with $500, but our team there gets $1500 + bonus but they have worked their way up from much smaller wages over time and have more advanced skills after doing it for years

I have moved away from hiring Americans after learning the hardway about enriching your team too much, have had a lot of turnover this year from guys who made a killing last few years and now want time off now that the industry slowed down. Hard to blame young guys in their 20s taking a break after saving up hundreds of thousnads in a few years doing online marketing, but I still do blame them and hold resentment, it put me in a bad spot whcih I am still in, in some ways it makes me want to cry or kill myself but I dont really have that option so Ill just work harder and I also just hired a Canadian woman with a ton of expeirence

I keep running across Joe Hendry shit on Facebook. I still dont get it other then the dude works for TNA Wrestling and somehow now theyve got a cross promo deal with WWE but its only with their minor league promotion NXT.
