Word has it Trump can raise $1B in an hour from wealthy friends. He is likely going to choose the route of letting the NY AG seize the Trump Tower instead, its actually great politically because even Dems can't explain how Deutche Bank who lent him the money was harmed. Trump said he was worth $8B at the time, the bank said no, we think you are worth 2.5B and loaned him the money on the 2.5B. It's up to the bank to determine someone's value, and they did. Remember Trump paid the entire loan back on time.

The NY AG never would have done this to anyone other than Trump and she said in her political campaign she was going to find something to get Trump on. It's an awful look. Trump is going to say they are stealing his assets because he is ahead in the polls, which is probably somewhat right. It's going to be a terrible look for the Dems, it only appeals to the progressives, but they already had that vote.

Trump will win on appeal as the state decision will ultimately make its way to the US Supreme Court, and yes legal experts have already weighed in that SCOTUS has every right to eventually hear the case. He will get his building back, or the cash equivalent.

Just watch how this backfires on the Dems. It's why Trump is ahead in every battleground:

Word has it Trump can raise $1B in an hour from wealthy friends. 1) He is likely going to choose the route of letting the NY AG seize the Trump Tower instead, its actually great politically because even Dems can't explain how Deutche Bank who lent him the money was harmed. Just watch how this backfires on the Dems. It's why Trump is ahead in every battleground:
    1) It appears no one with money, minus foreign entities who want to influence a potential president, want anything to do with lending the half billion for an appeal. That’s his problem. Seizing assets is normal procedure if a convicted looses in a civil trial and cannot pay or chooses to appeal.

    2) The crime is profiting from ill begotten gains. Fraud. The monies borrowed are used to buy, sell rent, leverage etc., any profit making project. That profit is deemed illegal. The evidence produced against the Trump organization in this was “overwhelming”

    Appeals are rarely won.

Limitles has got his dunce cap on again. Raising money from friends is much different that trying to secure a bond.

But I'm prepared to go the crowdfund route. So 1 million of us put up $454 each. I'm in.

Some can donate multiples of $454. That will cut way down on the number of people needed.

We're not going to let you slimeball libtard bitches have your way.

"Donald Trump's lawyers told a New York appellate court Monday that it's impossible for him to post a bond covering the full amount of his $454 million US civil fraud judgment while he appeals.

He has 5 more days to do what his legal team said was impossible.
Anyone funding Trump's appeal would be essentially be throwing it away
