I will eat fish twice a week. One night salmon, one night another fish. Rest will be elusively vegetables and fruit. I am 6' tall and about 195lbs so I am not anywhere close to obese. I just want to get back to my college weight which was 170lbs. I am off the booze, issue is I replaced it with diet coke and the aspertine (or whatever its called) has fueled my appetite. It's like I traded one vice for the other. Plus given I drink two cups of coffee a day my caffeine intake is insane at the moment. I thought by cutting out drinking I would lose weight, issue is I am gaining, 7lbs since the start of the year.
This should be interesting. I am a meat eater, especially Rotisserie chickens and rare new york strips. We'll see.
