Well this is bad news.
I did a little PFA Radio test listening run by listening to an episode without my YouTube adblocker.
It was awful. Ads were playing every 8 minutes!
Despite YouTube's promise to insert ads at "natural breakpoints", they were interrupting me mid-sentence. Terrible.
I could not find a place to set how often the ads appear. My topics are separated into YouTube "chapters", but there appears to be no way to just have the ads appear before/after chapters, which would be perfect.
Instead, it appears my only options are "beginning of show only" or "mid-roll" (every 8 minutes).
Is this true?
For now, I set it to beginning-only.

These ads only appear on YouTube.
However, I have disabled them mid-show, so right now you'll only see 1 ad the entire show if you watch it on YouTube.
Obviously I'm not going to be so greedy to where ads appear every 8 minutes for a long show. That would be brutal listening.

This is complete BULLSHIT, because I my appeal on this was GRANTED on March 12. And since March 12? I've only uploaded PFA Radio episodes, which of course are all my own content in my own voice.
These morons forced me to do a VIDEO appeal this time, which I did. It got...
... without explanation.
I am now in an email conversation with "partner support" to try and resolve this.
Dumb!!

I've requested from YouTube for them to explain what is going on here, and how I can prevent this from reoccurring each month.
