Phenom doesn't have a straightforward pronunciation.

It has two accepted ones -- fee-nom and feh-nomm: https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/phenom

I don't like either of them, so I use feh-nom, which is kind of a hybrid of the two.

It comes from the word "phenomenon", but the pronunciation of "feh-nomm" just feels awkward, and "fee-nom" doesn't sound right.

sadly you have to go up against the popular crews and the sponsored ones so unless you crack the case on solving bots you have long odds you up against.
