At the first one, the judge had record that Martin avoided service. I asked if they could compel him to show without service, judge said no.
I tried to serve him once more. Same thing. They said he wouldn’t come out to accept.
I didn’t bother showing to the second one.
Either they lied to me, or he’s lying now. I do believe he probably did show to the second one despite not being served.
Here’s what is so weird.
I thought we were past this. We discussed this at length and I thought we both understood the whole thing. I even brought him back here.
But for some reason Martin wants to live in a fantasy world where he “crushed” me in court and “won” the case, neither of which are true.
Neither of us won. It was dropped and can be re-filed at any point.
Why he wants to keep claiming victory here is beyond me.
