Every single attempt to get him off the ballot using the 14th Amendment Insurrection clause has failed miserably even in liberal leaning areas. Why? He wasnt and wont ever be charged with Insurrection. Its nothing but waste of the courts times and idiots wasting their money in filing fees etc.
