I wanted to say Donna-something from Knot's Landing, or someone from Falcon Crest. But she was on Knot's Landing. Never watched prime-time soaps, but they were all over the commercials back then.
First guess was that I Dream of Jeannie actress or Celine Dion.

It's Joan Van Ark. To her credit she is a marathoner. When I was into running I always watched the NYC Marathon. Like 25 years ago she was on ABC and one of the hosts, I remember the name because its an odd name. I could not name a movie she was in, but I know she was a Knots Landing star, or one of those cheesy night time soaps. Outside the plastic surgery she looks to be very fit at age of 80. She's already outlived her life expectancy by a few years so not sure the point of the original post.
