He's a hero in NY apparently. Plus the Yankees came back down 2-0 after his shenanigans.
The guy on the right was his buddy who grabbed Mookie's other arm, and also got ejected.

Are the Dodgers really going to choke off a 3-0 series lead?
They're already down 4-0 after 2. Judge finally broke out. He was already looking better yesterday.
They will play their final 2 in LA if they don't come back, but this is making me nervous.
Rob Gronowski knows Capobianco
Here’s a little fun fact… That guy right there grabbing Mookie Betts’ glove was my friend in college,” Gronkowski told host Kay Adams while pointing to footage of Capobianco, 38, and his friend, John Peter, who was also involved in the incident.
“He was on the ice hockey team, the club Arizona Wildcats ice hockey team. And let me tell ya, the whole hockey team were absolute maniacs. They were indescribable just how wild these guys were… animals.
Him doing that represents him very well. I mean, he is all in for his teams. He is all in for the Yankees. I remember him talking about the Yankees all of the time, about how he loves them so much. And that describes him perfectly, just doing whatever it takes to help his team out.”
A laughing Gronkowski added, “I just wanna say congratulations for shining when your moment came.”
Yankees have the book on Kopech. That’s not good for Dodgers bullpen narrative
Flaherty under outs was stealing
You'll get home and likely win. I have Yankess RL again tonight because you could kind of feel this series wasn't over yet. But home for 2 is still huge. This Dodgers pitching excellence has been completely shocking and was due for a correction. They just aren't as good as they've been this post season. They still have every advantage heading home though.
What an atrocious defensive inning by Yankees. Could be a game with one swing now.
5 unearned runs and counting. What a joke effort by the Yankees.
Buehler was warming for those relying on Joe Davis for info
Trienen 35 pitches
Hudson is warming too
What a totally anticlimactic shitshow ending to the season. A team choking away the game on a half dozen unforced errors. Congrats Dodgers fans, Really sucked as baseball fan to watch the season end that way. Robbed us of fun last two games.
Congrats Druff.
But yeah another relatively forgettable baseball playoffs.
One of the great PFA memes at long last ends. We had so little and now we have less.
Salud Druff
World Series champs no *
Well done. Congrats Druff.
Kasten holding Fraudmans shoulders, allowing his kiddo to say a couple words was comedy gold.
I've had a handful of teams I support win championships before but the only one that will ever matter to me is the 2016 Cubs win.
Perhaps Red Sox fans could relate pre-2004 but I grew up a massive baseball fan resigned to the Cubs never winning, especially after the Bartman year.
It effectively made me a casual fan aftewards; I still watch sports (hardly ever baseball) but really no longer as a passionate fan, as that first win will never be replicated.
Have been to Wrigley only once since and it felt entirely different given the exterior renovations and changes.

Well... that was kind of a weird postseason.
Who expected Shohei Ohtani to essentially be an automatic out in Games 3-5 of the World Series -- where you dread him coming up in a big spot?
Who expected the Dodgers to win 4 games to 1 against the Yankees, with Walker Buehler having a prominent role in 2 of the wins?
Who expected Freddie Freeman with the bad ankle (hurting so much he couldn't play NLCS Game 6) to be series MVP, with HR in 4 different games, and 12 RBI?
Who expected the final game to be the Dodgers coming back from a 5-0 deficit, thanks to a shitload of mental lapses and errors by the Yankees?
In any case, the Dodgers finally did it. Finally got that full season championship monkey off their back.
Somehow they were able to survive with just 3 starting pitchers, one of whom wouldn't have even been on the roster (Buehler) if not for the injuries. Somehow they were able to make do with a bullpen full of no-namers eating up a bulk of innings.
All those huge seasons where they won over 105 or 110 games, and they end up finally winning it all when they didn't win 100. BTW, the Dodgers have NEVER won a championship when they won 100 games or more in the regular season.
Dave Roberts did a great job managing the postseason for once. The only thing I didn't like was him leaving in the clearly gassed Treinen in the 8th. Roberts was credited with correctly "having faith" in Treinen, but the truth is that he served up a meatball to Giancarlo Stanton which just wasn't hit well, and then faced an easy out in the hurting and aging Anthony Rizzo. This could have just as easily gone bad and been part of the "Roberts makes dumb postseason decisions" lore, but it worked out this time.
Feels good.
