It is getting tiresome reading the bragging about your great health, which may or may not be true. Even if it is true, most people your age can brag about zero health issues, even ones who treat their body like shit.
As I said, this would be the equivalent of my bragging of "zero major health issues" to a guy in his 70s, and acting like I've done better because he's facing some life threatening conditions and I'm not.

I'm in my 30s in better than average shape and have gotten gout, and it's absolutely crushing. Genetics really suck.
I’ve known a couple guys who weren’t in bad shape but got gout. One lifestyle change he can make is soda though. I know soda is horrible for gout.
