Israel has been murdering Palestinians for years. What Hamas did was in response to that. I know lots of Palestinians and almost all of them are OK with what happened on Oct 7th. What do you think the US should do? In the short term and bigger picture. Genuine question.

Most of the posters critical of Israel in this thread (and generally) are basically operating on level 0 antisemitism or left or right wing ideology, and dont really have any real cogent thoughts on the matter. But you at least seem to be approaching this from a "What is best for the US" angle that actually acknowledges reality, which I always appreciate.
