I saw this on Twitter earlier today, a moron online crypto casino "zkcasino" had posted this as a joke and got roasted, they obliterated there online presence in 1 post.
I did not realize this was las Vegas area, I guess I just assumed it was an old viral video from some shitty city somewhere I never been, and I was appalled, to now learn it's LV and recent, I'm floored. This was so bad & so fucked up. Shame shame shame
Bikers on the road are huge faggots to deal with though.
Just about everyone I know in Portland has had close calls because these faggots are entitled and bike even throughout the rainy season.

To get the death penalty would they need to be convicted of murder with intent to kill? They obviously meant to hit him 100% they clearly say it. However there's likely something that says death penalty can only be sentenced for things that you did fully intending, and as horrible as the people who are in the video are, I do doubt they wanted to maim or kill him. I know I negged ya but my point was this courts have thrown up a brick wall on that one. Unforutnately LWOP is best we can do. That kid who was with the shooter in DC and was more often then not the shooter was orginially eligible for the DP in Virginia for several of the shootings and even was sentenced I believed but it was remanded to the sentencing court when SCOTUS ruled minors werent eligible. (Guess the whole we executed a 14yr old several decades ago in the chair kinda caused long term uproar).

I dont disagree but 2 key SCOTUS rulings guarantee at most they get would be Life with possibility of parole. The Miller Vs Alabama decision in 2012 further limited courts from even imposing LWOP on crimes committed prior to 18 (I had to do some research to find out since I found out Malvo had been up for parole and how that happened..he was denied obviously). That was the followup to the ban on DP for minors previously in 2005 under Roper V Simmons. Not condoning this in any way but Bikers cycles no motor bikes are a scourge where I live. They often go on shared roadway 10 in a pack where the speed limit is 50mph.
When I was in my 20s, I had a boss who every day would put on his gay ass tights and ride his 10 speed from 11:00 - 12:30, then shower in the gym we had and get back to his office by like 1:30. Every day he would miss nearly 3 hours of work.
One day I was running late and got in around 9am and he admonished me in front of others. I was pissed, and here is the great thing. Right before I quit the fucker lost control of his bike and broke both his wrists and crushed his knee cap. He personally called me from his home where he was spending a multi week recovery and personally asked me to stay on and not resign, primarily because me leaving would double his workload. I cited the reason I updated my resume was because he chewed me out in a conference room in front of others. To rub salt in the wound, I faked an illness and got my last week paid for and stuck him with a shitload of reports to do. hehehe.
