- Nevada has changed the state law regarding casino bans -- now they only last 2 years!

Does this ban only apply to minor shit that happens in a casino? Or does it apply to the whole hotel? People have been trespassed for all kinds of bullshit. Being drunk, drugs, annoying people, being an advantage gambler, hotel security believing that you are homeless, stealing, fraud, prostitution, etc. Isn't the ban when they trespass you for a lifetime unless you get them to reverse it? If you are on the ban list and you signup for a players rewards card, they immediately call the police.There is also a computer security system that all the hotels share information with. You may get away with shit at one hotel but when you go to another hotel you may not do much of anything but they trespass you because of what happened at a different hotel. Please clarify this new law.
