We have 2 places in citrus, Inveness and Homosassa. Love citrus county taxes are about half of Marion county, No idea why. I have to sweat no damage in citrus and Marion. Hopefully it misses us some how

We are talking now about selling everything in florida and moving to another state. Problem is have to figure out what state.

Need a state with mild winters and about same property values so we can replace what we have here.

I worry more about storms in the future if the ocean waters keep getting warmer which equals bigger and stronger storms.

Any suggestions on good states anyone?
