I offered the $100 as a 9-years-later thank you to Chaps for giving me access to his Skatz account, which appeared to be out of genuine concern for me. I generally don't like establishing the precedent of, "Do me a favor now, and I will loan you money later", for obvious reasons. However, he did this out of the goodness of his heart, and not out of any expectation of money. Indeed, I've never sent him a penny at any point.

If others here want to help Chaps and his rent situation, simply due to knowing him on the forum all these years, that would be nice. I don't think loans are really the way to go, as someone in such dire straits may have issues paying back within months. The $100 I'm sending is free and clear and payback is not expected nor requested.

I tried to change tire by myself but the lug remover sucked and I walked to a garage to borrow a strong one. I left my phone as collateral lol.

When I returned to car a man was there and helped me. I threw him a 20. When I returned the lug shit, I gave him a 10.

There was a piece of jagged metal. 40 for a plug and patch.

I was thinking to help you and temporarily got overwhelmed with this shit and said ahhh fuck chaps.

I went home and napped, then went to work praying for your situation.
