    My father died 35 years ago to this day!

    Fuck, man this sucks.

    Right before he had brain cancer he took me to this game. Him and me right there. What an ending. He got a headache shortly thereafter.

    Anyway, this was such a great memory. Grabbing my hand walking to the stands. LOL. Best memory I ever had.

    Fond memories of going to games with my dad, always best when we would travel and spend the night somewhere. Glad you have those memories.

    Glad to be able to return the favor now; he couldnt care less about soccer like all men 60+ but took him to a Portland Timbers game last year and he told me the atmosphere was one of the best of his life.

    Psyched for my son to be of age in a year or two. Will have to prep him for the depravity of downtown Portland or just travel.
