Remember that weird NYC patent lawyer who gave notice to people via Twitter to preserve all evidence? Remember how that lawyer had mail drop addresses in NYC and Miami?

Well, that lawyer's tweet from June was quietly deleted. So I guess that's that. No lawsuit, just as most people suspected.

I presume we will see Kabrhel at the 2024 WSOP as well. Shortly after this controversy, I saw Kabrhel sauntering around the Horseshoe without a care in the world. He truly doesn't give a shit if people in poker hate him.

I commend him for bleeding that pussy industry.

The general feeling among poker fans (and some pros) is that Kabrhel is entertaining despite being an autistic, angle-shooting weirdo, whereas Dan Smith is now viewed as an unlikable Debbie Downer.

What changed?

There was never any cheating proven against Kabrhel (I still think he was up to something no good, though hard to tell exactly what), while Smith's altercation with Jason Koon (which occurred about a month BEFORE this) has etched itself into people's minds.

Yes I enjoy him tilting the rich robotrons, but no doubt if you were at a table with this guy it could tilt the fuck out of most people. He definitely would not get invited to any good private games. Druff, what do you think are good ways to deal with guys like this with nonstop table talk and antics at your table? Obviously you can put on the noise cancelling headphones to drown out the noise but then you miss a lot of info. What are some other good options and maybe ways to reverse tilt?

This guy thrives on it. It is likely if you give him attention over his antics he will just be encouraged. He might like you more and concentrate on others. Who knows. The dude sucks. Only thing you can do is break the game but hard to do at a casino and unlikely he'd ever be invited to a private game.
