I upgraded to ios6 and installed the new youtube, it works fine.

What's the verdict on iOS 6? I overheard it screwed a few things up.

Everything's actually working fine. Maybe better. Seems lightning fast.
There was an issue in which people who upgraded to IOS6 could not connect to the internet with wifi. But that has been resolved.

So I guess they upgraded Siri. Also the camera has a new panorama feature. They claim to have updated Maps so you get a turn by turn navigation feature - haven't tried it yet but I've been wanting that.
Just the Siri update alone is major for me - she will now Tweet for you, which is crazy awesome. She'll also Facebook for you.
Another great upgrade is that FaceTime now works over cellular networks as well as Wi-Fi, so you can make and receive FaceTime calls wherever you are. They really needed to change that - it sucked not being able to FaceTime when you were on the go.
Lots of other stuff including email upgrade, changes in the things your phone can do (you can respond to messages with a voice command, and choose to just leave a message if you want instead of actually calling the person).
If you haven't upgraded, do it. Even a few bugs couldn't stop this upgrade from kicking ass.
Against my better judgement an upgrading now. Will report back any snafus.

Siri is a lot better with this upgrade, just ask her for scores and she's on it like a boss. Also like vwls said, nice that siri can finally tweet and facebook for you.
I just messed with the maps for a few minutes, it looks kind of rough but it is nice that it's turn by turn now.
Yeah that turn by turn helps a lot but it would obv be better if it was verbal. Still a pretty major upgrade. I hate being lost and not having that.
Latest news: Siri Tweeted for me and I liked it. Will use that a lot. The scores thing is also awesome, if it works. Edit - just tried it - holy shit. Got to love it. Siri just told me the current scores of every NFL game that started at 10 this morning.. She even made it interesting by adding in descriptors. I'm in love with her all over again.
And - I just tried out the panoramic option on the camera. It's fanfuckingtastic.
