Never happened before and truthfully I dont think either has a chance in hell of winning their respective championships. Denver is gonna smash the Heat after the time off theyve had and Vegas learned a shit ton from there 4 straight losses to the Caps in 2018 and then struggling to get back. Panthers have been on a Cinderella run. Has an 8 seed won the Cup yeah the LA Kings did before but I believe Vegas is gonna beat Panthers in 6 which sucks in a way no parade through Vegas with the Cup until they get back from Florida after G6. (Unlike when Caps won it and Ovi and Company literally went through a few strip casinos with the Cup in a mini parade afterwards).

I disagree about Panthers. At worst this is a flip and you’re getting +110 on the series.

I’ve been riding Panthers since the middle of the Bruins series where it was clear Ullmark was hurt. I was forced to continue with Panthers against the hapless Toronto Maple Leafs. Now I’m kinda emotionally involved with my best earner.

I hate the long lay-off the Panthers have had. They won their previous series vs Canes easily and early. This series comes down to goaltending just like MLB and pitchers. Panthers Goalie Bob is just otherworldly and has championship experience. I hate interrupting Bob’s magical flow. “Rust” is something I fade regular season.

VGK has had a carousel of goalies this year. They have a good coach and a good system though.

Hopefully it’s a physical series. Panthers will wear VGK down. I’m almost ok with punting game one if you put a hurt some VGK players. It’s like poker. You might lose one night but poker is one endless game.

I’ve never seen the Nuggets play.
