Mikki likely never had the money, and made up ridiculous "terms" to be in the game, which he knew would be rejected. He might have had this plan all along, or perhaps he was trying to round up stakes for it, and failed to do so.

1) Mikki is extremely desirable in these games.
2) There are always many challenges when dealing with him coming on stream.

I think it’s time to for Ryan & Nick to tell Mikk to go kick rocks. Just like all the casinos who have had enough of his shit. I think flaking like this should be the last straw. Enough is enough.
