The first order of business for Trump's defense is a motion to dismiss because of statute of limitations. The judge in this case is a radical lefty and will probably compromise his integrity by denying the motion. But his denial is appealable which you can bet your ass Trump counsel will appeal. This is going to delay things quite a bit. If there are any sober judges up the line this thing will be thrown out. If not:
