Bill Kristol is a neocon piece of shit. No it's not true. I've heard many TV pundits and politicians in the last couple days say he's not guilty. The left and neocons are masters of the false narrative.

Most lawyers are saying he's not guilty, but no, it's not settled. But a judge will first have to ignore motions to dismiss on grounds of statute of limitations long having expired. Then the judge will have to ignore Bragg making state charges on a federal statute. There are going to be a lot of motions to dismiss.

With New York City juries innocence doesn't matter. The only thing that prosecutors have to show is that the defendant is a republican. That's good enough to convict in NYC on all charges.

Of course, any convictions will be appealed all the way to SCOTUS if necessary. Somewhere up the chain all convictions will be thrown out. Then Bragg will be subject to lawsuits and charges of prosecutorial misconduct/malicious prosecution. He will lose his law license and the re-elected President Trump will be payed millions by the taxpayers of New York City.
