Tucker showed exculpatory evidence a week ago and the federal BOP basically gave him an immediate release. That NEVER HAPPENS ever ever ever ever the federal system. Do you have any idea what it takes to get a flat out immediate release with not so much as a hearing.....6 months later?? Impossible. They are scared to death and should be, every prosecutor and judge might get disbarred as this plays out. There will be lawsuits and possibly criminal charges......watch. 100% correct. Plus, the time served was just. He’s a random wacko who trespassed. He didn’t hurt anyone. He’s wasn’t part an organized conspiracy. Definitely he was made “an example”. The dirty secret is that there is vast overcrowding in US prisons, it cost money to incarcerate people, so the just let them go early.

When you hear someone is sentenced to "X" amount of time in any prison, you can be assured they will only serve a fraction of that time. The only thing unusual about him being released now is that if this wasn't political he would never have even served this much time.
