****OFFICIAL***** Release of all J6 prisoner/lawsuit thread

The Shaman has bee released from his political prisoner sentence, and there will be many more to follow. Tucker showed exculpatory evidence a week ago and the federal BOP basically gave him an immediate release. That NEVER HAPPENS ever ever ever ever the federal system. Do you have any idea what it takes to get a flat out immediate release with not so much as a hearing.....6 months later?? Impossible. They are scared to death and should be, every prosecutor and judge might get disbarred as this plays out. There will be lawsuits and possibly criminal charges......watch. And more will be released soon, the hidden videos that prosecutors LIED about to put their political enemies in prison are all coming out now. Get yo popcorn ready.

It took me about two minutes to figure pretty much everything you just wrote is a bunch of made up bullshit.

"Shortly after his sentencing, Chansley retained a new attorney, William Shipley, to pursue an appeal – although that effort was later dropped at the circuit court level. Shipley confirmed to WUSA9 that he had always expected Chansley to be released in February 2023.

“I told him in November 2021 that he was likely to be released in February 2023,” Shipley said.

Shipley highlighted credit Chansley received through the First Step Act and his participation in the Bureau of Prison’s Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP) which, upon completion, can reduce the sentence of non-violent offenders by up to one year.

At the time of his sentencing, Chansley had already served more than 300 days, or approximately 11 months, in pretrial detention. Under the First Step Act, he was eligible for up to 54 days of good time credit for each year of his sentence – or five months or more in Chansley’s case.

According to the Bureau of Prisons website, Chansley was moved recently to the Residential Reentry Management field office in Phoenix, Arizona. The BOP lists his expected release date as May 25.

Under a provision of the Second Chance Act signed by former President George W. Bush, federal inmates are routinely released to residential reentry programs or halfway houses to serve up to the final six months of their sentences."

100% correct. Plus, the time served was just. He’s a random wacko who trespassed. He didn’t hurt anyone. He’s wasn’t part an organized conspiracy. Definitely he was made “an example”. The dirty secret is that there is vast overcrowding in US prisons, it cost money to incarcerate people, so the just let them go early.

When you hear someone is sentenced to "X" amount of time in any prison, you can be assured they will only serve a fraction of that time. The only thing unusual about him being released now is that if this wasn't political he would never have even served this much time.
