I still wonder where his money comes from. The best guess from public records is that it came an inheritance when his grandfather died. Sometimes very old people will do generation-skipping inheritance in order to avoid inheritance taxes.
He did clearly have some knowledge about the pharmacy industry when he appeared on PFA, so he had some involvement in all that, but 100% that money came from somewhere else, even if these pharmacies were part of the equation.

If true Marlboro N.J is a nice affluent area in Central N.J. there is some money in that whole area so trust funds too. I just noticed in the redditt above someone saying they knew him from Marlboro so im assuming he went to Marlboro High School. If grandpa lived in that area also its not unbelievable to think there was some real wealth in his family and living there.
